Balloon Blow-Up (Pictures & Video)

You Will Need:

• small drinks bottle
• balloon
• bicarbonate of soda
• vinegar
• funnel
• teaspoon

1. using a funnel, pour about a third of a cup of vinegar into the bottle.
2. slide the balloon onto the funnel.
3. put the two teaspoons of bicarbonate of soda into the balloon. Then, remove the funnel from the balloon.
4. stretch the mouth of the balloon over the bottle, taking care not to let any of the bicarbonate of soda drop into it. You might need someone to help you.
5. hold the bottle, lift up the balloon of soda into the vinegar.
6. the bicarbonate of soda and vinegar will foam in the bottle.
